The R.E.S.T.O.R.E Method™
A Restorative Wellness Program for Individuals & Groups
Created & Facilitated by Lakia McDaniel
The RESTORE Method™ is a holistic restorative wellness program designed to help individuals and groups slow down, reconnect with themselves, regulate stress, and develop sustainable practices for emotional and physical restoration.
The program integrates restorative yoga, nervous system education, intentional breathing, guided rest, restorative writing, self-reflection, and practical wellness tools.
Rather than focusing on productivity or pushing through stress, The RESTORE Method™ creates intentional space to pause, listen inward, and restore.
